Tree structure has clear force flow,reasonable force transferring,exquisite modelling,which is a kind of bionic structure combined by formativeand structural bionic.Tree structure can be applied to large recreation sites,cultural venues,airport construction projects,waiting platform structure and so on.Compared to the existing foreign research results,the domestic research on the tree structure is still in the stage of theoretical exploration and lack of standard method with specification,which to some extent,restricts the further development of this new type of structure system.Based on the domestic research status,research on tree structure is focused on looking for Axial Deformation,stability analysis and stress performance.Based on the predecessors' research results,this paper mainly done the following work:First of all,generalization of bionic structure was carried out in this paper,followed by detailed summarization of a special form,tree structure,fromthe proposal of the conception,mechanical characteristics,research status,application in the engineeringand so on.Above all,cultural corridor at Tianjin Binhai Cultural Center with tree bionic structure was introduced.Secondly,this article adopts the method of numerical simulation to take a systematic study on the cultural corridor.According to the characteristics of the structure,the modeling methods and steps were introducedin detail.In addition,static analysis on dead load,wind load,temperature effect and so on was carried out to investigate the structure stress and deformation under different load conditions,and points out the main control load on the structure.Thirdly,seismic analysis was carried oncultural corridor,through the formation of response spectrum method and elastic time history analysis method.Based on the analysis of deformation and the peak acceleration under severe earthquake,the conclusion was drawn that the structure can meet the requirement of specification.Finally,overall hoisting construction simulation was taken on the structure.Installation was finished mainly by lorry-mounted crane,and with the help of tower crane,to finish the installation rapidly and safely.The surrounding construction conditions were complex.At the same time,different monomer constructions were staggered during the whole construction,which needed association of other professionals.In addition,the lifting weight of equipment and site wererestricted and duration of construction was short.Under the above multiple adverse conditions,the on-site installation only took 84 days,and achieved good results.
