Light guide plate is an optical component,widely used in liquid crystal display and lighting fixtures.Infrared drying has many advantages,such as high drying efficiency,low energy consumption,low investment in equipment and good quality of drying products.Based on this,an infrared drying device for light guide plate is developed in this paper.The main contents of this paper are as follows:On the basis of analyzing the printing process of light guide plate screen,the design goal and overall structure of infrared drying equipment are determined.According to the usage of the equipment users,the charging mode and conveying system of the infrared drying equipment of the light guide plate are determined;According to the production efficiency set by the design target,the conveying speed of the conveying system and the structure and length of the infrared drying zone are determined,and the selection of the infrared heating tube and the arrangement of the lamp tube are carried out;In the light of the possible deviation of the light guide belt,a belt deviation correcting mechanism is designed;In addition,in order to guarantee the drying quality of the light guide plate,dust removal,wind circulation and cooling system are also designed.The temperature and temperature distribution in the infrared heating drying area of the light guide plate are the main factors affecting the quality of the light guide plate products.In view of the nonlinear and time variant characteristics of infrared drying region of light guide plate,the fuzzy PID control technique based on temperature self adjustment is studied.The technology combines conventional PID control with fuzzy control theory,and avoids the shortcomings of the conventional PID control system,which is too simple,too dependent on accurate mathematical model,low adjustment efficiency and poor adaptive ability.And through the MATLAB/Simulink simulation experiment,it is proved that the fuzzy PID control has the advantages of fast control,little overshoot,fast response and good adaptability.The actual performance of the designed infrared ray drying equipment has been verified in this paper.The results show that the maximum temperature difference in the heating zone is less than 5? at 80? and the optimum air flow rate,which is in line with the design objective;Under the above working conditions,the light guide plate can be effectively dried by heating the ink on the net in 3.33 minutes,and the production efficiency of the device is up to 288 pieces per hour.Compared with the traditional light guide plate drying equipment,the utility model has the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving,drying uniformity and high drying quality.At present,the infrared ray drying equipment designed by this subject has been produced in large quantities and obtained better economic and social benefits.
