After the East China Sea Rudong offshore wind farm in Jiangsu Province has been build,the effect of atmospheric environment,Acoustic environment,electromagnetic environment,water environment of Rudong Jiangsu Province can be alleviated by taking appropriate measures of environmental protection and environmental management measures.From the view of environmental protection,the construction of the project is feasible.Through the analysis of data integrity,rationality,main wind direction changes of wind speed,wind power variation,wind speed,wind frequency distribution,wind frequency curve and Weibull parameter correlation of the China Hydropower offshore wind farm in Rudong Jiangsu Province,this paper has verified Rudong offshore wind farm is rich in wind energy resources.Based on the optimization results of the East China Sea Rudong offshore wind farm in Jiangsu Province,using the widely used software WAsP8.3 software and WindFarmer calculation the theory of power generation,the scheme of wake effect and the net power.considering air density,turbulence,control pollution,fan blade utilization.power curve guarantee rate,climate topography,impact of downtime landform change,power plant,line loss reduction correction,at the same time exclude a series of discount benefit wake effect,different unit utilization and reduction of the power curve of wind turbine power reduction factors,this paper calculated the comparative models of this item plan of electric energy.At the same time,this paper btain the Representative models in this stage,such as the East China Sea Jiangsu wind power field on behalf of the East China Sea Rudong offshore wind farm in Jiangsu Province.According to the actual situation of offshore wind farm,combined with the requirements of dynamic reactive power compensation,Disappear arc,station power supply and other requirements of the design of offshore wind farm,this paper has been designed the scheme of offshore wind farm access to power system.The short-circuit current method is used to select the model of main electrical equipment including offshore wind turbine,auxiliary substation boosting equipment of wind farm,transmission lines,main transformer,220kV power distribution equipment,power distribution equipment,35kV field transformer,harmonic elimination,dynamic reactive power compensation device for the selection.At the same time,overvoltage protection,grounding,power station and lighting system has been designed.According to a series of documents,regulations and technical standards,this paper designs the two electric system of the wind power demonstration project of the East China Sea Rudong offshore wind farm in Jiangsu Province.In the design process we have been reseived that offshore wind farm is more dependent on the protection and monitoring system.We need to monitor and analysis each electrical equipment,and the intelligence to ensure the high reliability of data acquisition and communication system.
