| Under the background of vigorously developing the "made in China 2025",the national energy development strategy and the global energy Internet,China will combine the national strategy of manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading.The intelligence research of wind power equipment will be promoted by integrating advanced sensing and measurement technology,information and communication technology,big data analysis technology to monitor operation parameters in real time and make state estimation,power prediction and fault diagnosis for wind turbine operation.This dissertation aims to solve the problem of "information island" caused by incompatible communication protocols of offshore wind turbines from different manufacturers and improve the monitoring performance of offshore wind plants,which is supported by OPC UA technology.Combined with the main content and technical characteristics of IEC 61400-25 standard,standardized information modeling is carried out for wind turbine and wind farm related models.By implementing the information exchange model and coordinating the OPC UA mapping,the seamless integration of wind power information was realized.Based on the characteristics of offshore wind power generation,the adaptability of common schemes of power system communication was analyzed.Finally,GPRS technology was chosen as the communication scheme between the main station of offshore wind farm and the monitoring center of the upper computer on land.The GPRS module SIM900 A is tested for serial port function debugging and SMS transceiver function.According to the OPC UA address space and service function,three basic functions of OPC UA server are developed,including node management,browsing and reading.The OPC UA client application is designed and the reliability of the scheme is tested through server/client communication.Based on the above research,.Net Framework,Jquery AJAX and configuration software are used to develop a set of data acquisition,monitoring,evaluation,fault alarm in an offshore wind farm integration remote monitoring system.The system has five functions:user management,OPC UA server communication,data monitoring,production reports and configuration charts.As is tested,it can effectively integrate the operation data of wind farms,which has important theoretical significance and engineering value for improving the information management and production of offshore wind power generation. |
