Study On The Suitability Of Service Buildings In Contemporary Scenic Spots

With the rapid development of China’s economy,tourism is also in the golden period of development.Tourism is a comprehensive industry with a variety of industries and functions.It has a great role in promoting economic and social development.However,with the rapid development of tourism,the planning and design of scenic service buildings are facing a lot of constructive destruction.The scenic area service architecture is an important material guarantee scenic area tourism activities,tourism is an important part of the system,the level of planning and design of scenic area service buildings will affect the scenic tourist recreational satisfaction and sense of identity.The scenic area service class building as the research object,starting from the suitability of construction,proper mode of service and scenic construction planning and design and the combination of various elements of the site,so as to strengthen the unique scenic area,to increase economic efficiency,promote the sustainable development of the scenic spots.The main body of this thesis is expanded from the following four parts.The first part is to lay the foundation for the article,detailed combing the concept of scenic areas and scenic area service architecture and classification and related theories,this paper analyzes some concepts confused easily with "scenic area":"City Park","Forest Park","nature reserve",and the concept of confused easily with "scenic area service architecture":"landscape architecture","tourism building".The second part discusses the suitability of the service buildings from two aspects:the planning of the scenic service buildings and the architectural design.In terms of planning,analyzing the influence factors and control methods of the scale of tourism capacity;in architectural design,which is mainly divided according to the different use function,analysis of the suitability of service buildings in different functional types of the.The third part is the analysis of the scenic area service building of the suitability of the key chapter,starting from the factors influencing the service building,a detailed analysis of the suitability of the strategy fit and site environment suitability strategy and service building space form,morphology characterization,technical material,regional culture.The fourth part is the summary part of the results of this study,is designed based on the above plan,set up from the planning design principle,design process and development strategy of the system planning and design of scenic area service building.It provides a good reference and reference for the planning and design of landscape architecture in the future.We hope that through the above several parts of narration,summary and analysis,can provide for designers,developers and government decision makers to provide more valuable reference basis for design of suitability to the scenic area service building,improve the satisfaction of tourists travel.
