In recent years,with the Chinese haze phenomenon and ecological environment problems are increasingly serious,energy conservation and environmental protection is becoming an important goal and the key enterprises in our country,deepening the reform and adjustment at the same time,the national requirements for industrial coal-fired boiler emissions are also increasingly stringent,the transformation of the traditional industrial coal-fired boiler to meet energy efficiency and emissions requirements for flue gas cleaning has become a very urgent task.Based on the traditional coal-fired industrial boilers,especially analyzing the development situation of efficient pulverized coal fired industrial furnace,combined with their own reality,to determine the efficient pulverized coal fired industrial furnace instead of retrofit of traditional industrial coal-fired boiler renovation project.According to the current situation,comparison of pollutant emission standards and the flue gas"gas generation coal"scheme,selection of efficient pulverized coal fired industrial furnace replacement the traditional coal-fired industrial boiler technology.Through denitrification,dust removal,desulfurization of flue gas treatment technology research and analysis,choose the suitable processing technology of the engineering practice,combined with the actual determination to achieve efficient combustion retrofit engineering clean emission scheme.Through the use of pulverized coal combustion,The structure,adjustment and optimization of desulfurization and denitration and dust,the scheme is applied to the engineering practice,clean production projects such as production technology and equipment,energy utilization level of resources,pollution level and other aspects were compared,the main exhaust soot,SO2,NOx emissions analysis,boiler system running under different load data statistics,before and after the transformation of energy-saving effect such as boiler coal consumption,saving about standard comparison and thermal balance test of coal quantity,analysis and verification to multi angle reconstruction project,the coal combustion efficiency higher than 98%,the flue gas treatment to achieve the following:the smoke is less than or equal to 10mg/Nm3,SO2?20mg/Nm3,NOx?150mg/Nm3,to achieve the efficient utilization of energy and emissions of flue gas cleaning target.
