The unmanned combat aircraft is an important equipment to control the suppression and deep locking.And gradually upgrading to one of the main means of warfare in modern high-tech warfare.the role on the battlefield is immeasurable.Drone system high technical content,variety of equipment,high battlefield damage probability,maintenance support of the uav system plays an important role of combat efficiency.Therefore,the development and utilization of military automatic detection and fault diagnosis system are highly valued by the military powers.At present,the construction method of automatic detection and fault diagnosis system of various military uavs is complicated,many technologies have matured,But there are still some problems,This paper studies uav fault diagnosis system based on expert system,Mainly for unmanned aerial vehicle(uav)flight control system performance testing and fault diagnosis,can more accurate detection of uav flight control system performance,positioning of uav flight control system fault state,to ensure the flight safety of the UAV.Through friendly human-computer interaction interface,can help ground maintenance personnel to understand the working state of the uav flight control system,It is of great significance to ensure the effectiveness of uav combat aircraft.First,This paper introduced the significance of the maintenance guarantee of uav,and the domestic and international development status of automatic test system(ATS),By analyzing the current development situation of the uav ATS and fault diagnosis system,chosen the expert system and related theory to establish the fault diagnosis system of uav flight control system.The composition and function of uav flight control system are analyzed in detail in this paper,and introduced and studied the basic concepts and working principle of automatic detection system and fault diagnosis,the basic concepts of the expert system and fault diagnosis expert system,Based on the characteristics of uav flight control system and fault diagnosis expert system,the fault diagnosis expert system is constructed based on the diagnosis needs of uav flight control system.According to the characteristics of uav fault knowledge,this paper chooses to use the "generation" representation method to express knowledge,Using modular thinking to build the knowledge base of expert system.The establishment of expert system inferencemachine is the core work of constructing expert system.In this paper,the method of mixed inference is selected,and the BP algorithm based on neural network is used as the reasoning.The rational use of the algorithm guarantees the reliability of the inference engine.Finally,according to the functional requirements of the fault diagnosis system,Used DEPHI software platform to design the system interface and various functional modules.Through the detection of uav flight data,the functions of this system are verified and the effectiveness of the system design can be proved.
