The red layer soft rock has the natural disintegration characteristic,as the engineering filler can bring the hidden trouble and the disease,which causes the enormous loss.At present,the red layer soft rock as a filler of engineering research,mainly rely on the improvement of the red layer of soft rock fragmentation and filling compaction degree to alleviate the problems caused by disintegration,the basic physical and mechanical properties of red layer filler in the actual research is not very much.In this paper,the basic mechanical properties of red layer fillers are studied,and the characteristics of the water parameters and strength are investigated.During the experiment,it was found that the disintegration of rock masses had a great influence on the test results,so the study of the disintegration inhibitor of the red layer filler was carried out,and the following work was done:Firstly,on the basis of fractal theory,the study of indoor compaction crushing method of red layer soft rock filler is studied,and the relationship between the fractal dimension of red layer soft rock filler and its hydrodynamic characteristics,and the strength characteristics of the red layer filler with different maximum diameter.The experiment also found that because the broken soft rock block still has disintegration,the time of soaking of specimen has great effect on the test result.Secondly,through theoretical analysis,it reveals the effect of surface tension of water in the process of rock and soil capillary,and its influence on the collapse of red layer soft rocks,and then proposes the use of surfactants as inhibitors.The study shows that there are two aspects of the action mechanism of surfactant suppression in soft rock disintegration:first,by lowering the surface tension to reduce the airtight pore pressure,alleviate the problem of soft rock collapse;the second is to rely on the increase of surfactant concentration,forming a variety of molecular ordered combination of small pores blocking a part of the pore pressure rise,inhibit soft rock collapse.Finally,through a series of indoor immersion tests and disintegration inhibition tests,on the basis of preliminary study on the inhibitory effect of different inhibitors on the collapse of red layer soft rocks,the evaluation methods of three kinds of disintegration inhibition effects were explored,and the inhibition effects of different disintegrating inhibitors were studied.The results can be used for subsequent research.
