| Red bed soft rock is widely distributed in China,and engineering disasters caused by the easy disintegration of red bed soft rock occur frequently.In the construction of transportation systems,red bed soft rock is often used as roadbed fillers to build roadbeds.During long-term use,the red bed roadbeds often suffer from uneven settlement of the roadbed due to disintegration problems,resulting in road surface deformation and cracking.At present,the problem of disintegration of red layer soft rock filler is mainly dealt with by means of "fully broken and fully compacted",but this method is complicated and long-lasting,and the cost of construction is high,so it is great significance that the red bed soft rock collapse is treated in a simple and efficient manner.The disintegration of red bed soft rock is closely related to the change of water environment.This article starts with the solution environment where the red bed soft rock is located to study the effect of different solution environments on the disintegration characteristics and hydraulic characteristics of the red bed soft rock.This study want to provide a theoretical basis for treating the disintegration problem of the red layer soft rock solution by changing its environment,and mainly carried out the following work:First,all current test methods for evaluating the disintegration characteristics of rocks have limitations.It is impossible to accurately assess the disintegration of easily disintegrating soft rocks,and it is difficult to ascertain the influence of environmental factors on the disintegration of soft red rocks.In this paper,a test instrument suitable for evaluating the disintegration of easily-disintegrating soft rock—a dual rotary disintegration instrument—has been developed to achieve effective separation between the parent rock(large particles)and disintegrating debris(small particles),it is possible to accurately assess the disintegration of easily disintegrating soft rocks.Then,the three types of salt solutions common in nature are selected,and a series of chemical solutions are prepared according to their possible combinations,and these solutions are used to simulate the solution environment where the red bed soft rock is located.Red bed soft rock disintegration test was carried out using a dual rotary disintegration instrument,and it was found that the disintegration of red layer soft rock in different solution environments is very different,and there is an obvious regularity.On this basis,a combination of analysis methods using a variety of material detection methods and chemical analysis method revealed the mechanism of the disintegration of the red bed soft rock to action of different solution environments.Finally,in order to reveal the effect of the solution environment on the hydraulic properties of the red bed soft rock filler,a soil column test was conducted using a low surface tension solution(disintegration inhibitor)as the solution environment that can reduce the disintegration of the red bed soft rock.Comparing it with the soil column in the environment of distilled aqueous solution,the variation law of the hydraulic characteristics of the red bed soft rock filler under the action of the disintegration inhibiting fluid is proved. |
