Digital is the essence of the information world,how to make full use of information in the information world to provide information to dig deeper information is a worthy of research and exploration of the field.With the continuous improvement of China's transport network,the car has gradually become a necessary tool for people to travel,the traditional method of car engine fault diagnosis mostly touch,observation,audition and other sensory methods to diagnose or locate the fault,the Methods are deeply limited by human experience,and thus have great limitations.At present,the rapid increase in car ownership,how to extract critical information from the historical fault diagnosis data Intelligent diagnosis of faults is a worthy of research and continuous exploration of the field,but there is no fully mature and popular system can analyze these data,use.In this context,this paper,combined with their own work and the current rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,design and development of an intelligent engine fault diagnosis system,effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis and reduce operating costs.The main work of this paper is as follows:1)This article follows the development order of the software engineering project development order.First,according to the research situation and the practical application needs,the demand analysis of the development project is carried out to clarify the project function.On this basis,the system function module,the system development structure and the database are carried out Design,to determine the system hierarchy and the interface between the functional modules.2)Based on J2EE three open source framework(that is,Struts,Spring and Hibernate,abbreviated as SSH)technology,the electronic control engine fault diagnosis system architecture design,integrated design of the customer management module,knowledge management module,model management module,Fault diagnosis module,auxiliary maintenance module,report statistical module and system management module and other seven sub-modules,each sub-module independent operation,while closely linked,reflecting the system low coupling,flexible features,a very good function Separated but with unified management of the characteristics.The system uses a large number of historical fault diagnosis experience information to construct the fault diagnosis knowledge base,and uses the extracted fault feature to establish the corresponding fault diagnosis analysis model,through continuous self-learning and training,and finally obtain the desired diagnostic neural network,then the original diagnosis The data are processed to obtain the test sample,so as to build the evaluation model of the fault occurrence,and use the artificial neural network to judge the probability of the fault,to maximize the accuracy and efficiency of the vehicle engine fault diagnosis.Finally,on the basis of the previous project to achieve,and eventually complete the corresponding test work.The intelligent fault diagnosis platform established by this paper not only can effectively unify the standard of fault evaluation in the process,so as to avoid the influence of human factors on the diagnosis result,but also can shorten the cycle and cost of vehicle maintenance.
