With the continuous development of social economy and science and technology,more and more buildings with exquisite designs and beautiful shape were constructed,and the structure formis also becoming increasingly complex.But along with these development,the form of the corresponding template support frame gets more and more.In recent years,the scaffold accident has occurred frequently,which caused great losses to the country and individuals.The wheel buckle scaffold,which belongs to the socket scaffold,is an upgraded product developed from the original support system.On the basis of previous work,the mechanical performance of the wheel buckle scaffold was analyzed in this paper.The special contents are as follows:1)Based on the relevant literature at the domestic and foreign,and the comparison of the wheel buckle scaffold joints commonly used in engineering,a new type of wheel buckle scaffold joints is proposed.2)The rotation stiffness tests of the wheel buckle scaffold joints with different tube thickness and disk plate were carried out.It is found that the joint has typical semi-rigid connection characteristics.The rotational stiffness of the joint of 10 mm disk thickness can reach 32.52 kN·m/rad.which is higher than the relevant specification of 24 kN·m/rad limit.Based on the finite element analysis software of ABAQUS,a numerical analysis model was established and the rotation stiffness tests were simulated by this model.Generally,the numerical results of the rotational stiffness are in good agreement with the experiment.It is verified that analyzing the rotation stiffness of the wheel buckle scaffold joints by the numerical method is feasibility and dependable.3)The wheel buckle scaffold joint tests including the joint reverse rotation stiffness test,wheel shear test,straight plug shear test,were conducted.It is found that the mechanics of the new type of wheeled scaffold nodes meet the relevant regulations4)Based on the rotation stiffness values derived from the test and numerical simulation,the finite element analysis software SAP2000 was used to analyze the eigenvalue buckling of the new type of wheel buckle scaffolding support frame with different erection parameters,and the stable bearing capacity of the system was obtained.The influence of different parameters of scaffolding on the stable bearing capacity is analyzed,which provides a theoretical reference for the application of new wheel buckle scaffold support frame in the future.
