Blanking process is an important part of the utilizaton rate control of raw materials which intensively exists in vehicle engineering,glass cutting and leather processing,such as the rotor shearing process of the motor factory,the transverse shear and longitudinal shear of the transformer factory.In the iron core transformer factory workshop and under the blanking background consist of the demand of using high prices of raw materials,and artificial calculation to send cutting scheme,design reasonable layout scheme,which is used to replace traditional artificial calculation relying on experience,reduce labor and the cost of activity,simultaneously,using Computer Aided Nesting(Computer Aided Nesting,CAN)applied to automatic production line,which is of great significance to realize saving raw materials and reducing the cost of enterprises.Transformer core workshop of blanking process can be viewed as a three phase two-dimensional blanking problem,that is the first step will become a small coil,coil block the second step will coil into the slitting machine cut into strips,and then put a stripe in transverse shearing machine out of a blank.Therefore,in this paper,the main work content can be summarized as follows:(1)From the perspective of the frequency of use of rough,we can control the size of remaining materials and selectively generate the standard residual materials,that is,the strips that can be used directly during the execution of subsequent orders,which can effectively reduce the workload of secondary slitting and reduce the activity cost.(2)Considering from two-dimensional cutting,the cutting diagram on the sectioned coil is equivalent to one arrangement mode.Under the circumstance of taking the initiative to reserve the residual materials,the design method of sequential group heuristic and recursive algorithm are used to generate the layout that satisfies the maximum value of the coil.Repeat the layout of the way until you meet all the rough needs.(3)From the perspective of dimensionality reduction,the distribution of the blank width corresponds to a one-dimensional nesting pattern in the width direction of the web.The width of the coil is taken as the length of the wire,a mathematical model is established,and the length of the plate is dynamically controlled according to the number of strips that can be discharged into the blank.Repeatedly invoke the nesting algorithm to generate the algorithm until all the rough requirements are met.Experiments show that this algorithm is more efficient than the result of artificial experience layout,any remaining material generation algorithm and other algorithms.It Can replace manual calculation and save the cost of human resources and activities.What's more,the algorithm is instructive for the material cutting process in the factory.
