With the rapid development of global economy,the exploitation demand of oil and gas resources improve continually.And the uniform distribution of oil and gas resources results in long distance transcontinental transport.With the characteristics of large storage capacity,good transport capability,and low transportation costs,tanker is a good choice for oil and gas transport.During the voyage,tanker will not only be affected by the sea breeze,waves and ocean currents,but also the liquid sloshing will influence the stability,the structure strength,and the motion response of the ship,and which may further results in the transport safety and economic benefit.Such,reasonably forecast the tanker movement and the influence from liquid sloshing,has important research significance and application value.The research work of this thesis is carried out from the following aspects:(1)Motion numerical simulation of cargo compartment thinking about liquid sloshing.Ship motion theory in waves is introduced,the SESAM software is applied in finite element modeling and load condition simulation,and the motion response regularity is analyzed in case of wave frequency,wave direction angle and fluid loading heights.(2)Model experiment on motion response of cargo compartment.The experiment work includes the design of testing scheme,the model-making of cargo compartment with scale ratio,the test parameters selection of regular waves,the motion control equipment of test model,the data sample device development of model motion,and the model experiment is carried out thinking about the liquid sloshing.(3)Data analysis of model test.The work includes the data extraction system based on machine vision technology,the motion data analysis of cargo compartment under regular waves,the comparisons between results from numerical simulation and model test,the influence rule of liquid sloshing.The thesis carried out the model test on motion response of liquid cargo compartment thinking about liquid sloshing,and the comparisons research between numerical simulation and model test.The thesis research has important significance for the test scheme design and theory research on coupling motion of liquid tank.
