Research On The Interior Design Of "Golden Age" Apartment For Elderly In Hangzhou Base On Perception Experience

In this paper,the current problems existing in the old apartment interior space design and requirements,combining the behavior and psychological characteristics of old people,factors such as physical scale,the elderly apartment’s perceptual experience as the core,through the design makes the space environment for the elderly stimulate a continuity of perception,the perception of energy to promote the old,slow its physiological perception of a recession,in order to better meet the demand of the elderly life,improve the quality of life of the elderly,in order to the development of pension building and construction to provide certain basis and technical reference.This paper mainly includes four parts:design market demand report,design theory research report,design process report and design research summary report.The design market demand report mainly includes three aspects.In the context of the current issue of aging,the author analyzes the necessity and urgency of the discussion on pension issues.Second,by collating and analyzing the current development status quo of senile apartment interior space design,found China generally elderly apartment interior space design to conform to the corresponding building design specifications and regulations,but for the elderly residential indoor light,color and other perceptual experience environment as well as the details have not caused enough attention.The third is to combine the actual demand of the "golden years" of the hangzhou area to support the project design and research value.Theoretical research report.Through previous related literature data collection,sorting,analysis,comparison,this paper,including the characteristics of elderly people at home and abroad with the requirements,the design method of the elderly apartment at home and abroad,and knowledge related to materials and research achievements.The aging population has become a universal phenomenon.The problems caused by aging are related to the future self,so caring for the elderly is caring for ourselves.At present,people’s view of traditional old-age pension has changed,and the elderly need to pay more for the old.Design process report.According to the demand market research report and theoretical research report,combining the specific requirements of hangzhou "golden age"elderly apartment,the design of the three aspects of "perceptual experience" is designed.The first is the material experience,mainly through the color,texture,pavement,material and size of the interior space of hangzhou "golden age" old apartment,to return to the experience essence of the elderly.Second,spatial experience refers to the experience of space shape,scale,spatial layout and spatial pattern of elderly people in the "golden years" of old apartments.Three is the time experience,refers to "golden age" the atmosphere of the indoor space of the old apartment building,which accommodates the old people’s expectations,quiet thoughts and memories and other physical and mental feelings.Design research summary report.This paper gives priority to people’s experience,the space creators and users together,to explore a "bottom-up" with the psychological characteristics of old people,physical dimension and space design method of experience as a starting point,for the elderly pension to live and the study of architectural space and design provides a new perspective.Due to the influence of subject background and environmental conditions,this project has some shortcomings in design and application.In the following academic research,the concept of perceptual experience should be further explored,and the development of the elderly apartment and its participation in it will continue.
