Surface acoustic wave(SAW)filter,which belongs to a core component of the system,is mainly used in communication,radar,electronic warfare and aerospace telemetry etc.fields.The technology of SAW device is developing towards a considerably reliable way,i.e.higher frequency,smaller size,and can still work under higher power.And its reliability plays an important role in affecting the performance of the system.The highly reliable SAW filter used in aerospace is a kind of customized products in small batches and with many varieties.It usually be packaged in metal and ceramic package.Overseas highly reliable device manufacturers have advanced automatic production control in every process,so they can guarantee the reliability of the device from the source by monitoring the quality and stability during the production.However although some domestic manufacturers also some ability of production control and quality monitoring,even established the basic statistical process control(SPC)system,the main way to test the reliability of the SAW filter is screening test.In this thesis,the author did a research on the control management of the production process of the high reliable SAW filter used in aerospace,analyzed the main factors that affecting the reliability of the SAW filter.Through the questionnaires,data accumulation and deep analysis of the unqualified products,the author learned the factors affecting the reliability during the production and raises a controlling proposal of breaking down the production and whole procedure control identification of SAW devices.The key process and key process parameters are determined by the method of QFD,the statistical process control is carried out,and the key process capability index is calculated.Besides,bases on the continuous improvement measures of PDCA,the reliability of the device is enhanced in further.The effectiveness of the measures is verified through the promotion of key process capability index.The management of statistical process control changed the way of simply relying on the result of the screening test to certify the products' quality.It realized the monitoring for the quality and stability of the SAW filter,improved the reliability,reduced the time and cost to do the verification for the reliability,and provided datasupport and the basis of decision for the system reliability.
