With the gradual development of the new-type urbanization in China, the construction industry ushered in a new period of reform,in the upgrading process of the construction industry, precast concrete structure has a prospect of wide application because of the high efficiency, good construction quality and conducive to sustainable development. In the all kinds of precast concrete structures, the application surface of precast concrete frame structure which is easiest to modularize and standardize is wide. However, there are some problems like high precision requirement, inconvenient construction,in the applied precast concrete frames, which counteract the merit of precast concrete frame structures. Therefore,it is of great significance to develop an efficient and reliable, construction convenient joint form of precast concrete frame structure. In this paper, the relevant technologies and research results of precast concrete frame structure and high-strength reinforcement was briefly reviewed and summarized. For the sake of improving the construction efficiency,a new precast concrete beam-to-column connection with anchored bottom high-strength rebars was proposed based on the existing researches and the seismic performance of it was researched, the followings were the main contents:(1)Cyclic loading tests of the full-scale precast concrete beam-to column joints were conducted, including a monolithic reference specimen, four precast concrete beam-to-column joints with anchored bottom high-strength rebars. The experimental results were analyzed, including failure pattern, hysteresis curves, skeleton curves, strength and ductility, energy dissipation capacity. It is showed that the precast concrete beam-to-column joints with anchored bottom high-strength rebars exhibit satisfactory seismic performance compared with the monolithic conncetions.(2)Furthermore,non-linear finite element analysis(FEA)of specimens are performed based on the general FEA program ABAQUS.The finite element analysis results had good agreement with the result of experiment. It is very helpful for the further study on the seismic behavior of the precast concrete frame structures.(3)Through the experiment research and the actual situation of construction site, and for the sake of ensuring the quality, this paper puts forward suggestions from three aspects which are design, construction and control and inspection of quality. And the future trends of development in this field are also proposed. In this paper, the seismic performance and construction technology of the precast concrete beam-to-column connections with anchored bottom high-strength rebars was analyzed, which provides experimental data and theoretical basis for the further improvement and application of the new precast concrete beam-to-column connections.
