Smart Grid is the direction in the developing of modern power system,Smart Grid Dispatch System ensure it working safely and economically.Dispatch scheduling and security check are two classes application in Smart Grid Dispatch System,and charged with important function.This paper researched core-algorithms in dispatch scheduling and security check according to build SCED(security constrained economic dispatch)model and check safety of generation scheduling.Solving load flow is most fundamental and important while analyses power system,and the future load flow,static security analyses of security check,security constraints of SCED are closely rated with it.A new algorithm called increment load flow proposed in this paper is the basic of increment SCED model.This paper tests the accuracy of this new algorithm after presents the theory and method of calculation.Security check solves load flow of future power system,provides basis AC load flow to increment SCED model,analyses base flow,static security and sensitivity.The key points of security check are generating flow case and efficiency of calculating.A method called closing repairs was used to generating future network topology in this paper,and another method called forecasting and correcting was used to calculating network loss,the two ensure correctness of future load flow.Partly rebuilding network topology and fast correcting factor matrix were used to accelerate static security analysis of signal period,parallel processing could reduce time of calculating multi periods,and then gu,arantee was offered to efficiency of security check.The increment SCED model mainly researched scheduling optimum algorithm of harmonious quantity dispatch model,used minimum-bias to establish mathematical model.Network constraints of SCED model were established by AC load flow and sensitivity.Additionally,three kinds of optimization model has been put forward,named Equal-Quantity mode,Equal-Capacity-Proportion mode and Equal-Viable-Capacity-Proportion mode.This paper designed and developed a set of dispatching software on the platform of Smart Grid Dispatch System based on the proposed methods,an iteration model was shown in it.Security check solves AC load flow,analyses base flow and static security,and provides sensitivity data to SCED model.The test results based on a provincial power system of china have confirmed practicability.The software has been applied widely in some of the dispatch centers in our country.
