In recent years,wind power has been developing rapidly in China.By the end of 2016,the installed capacity of wind power in China has reached 169TW,ranking first in the world.Large-scale wind power integration has brought challenges for power system dispatching and operation since the output of wind power is characterized by intermittency,fluctuation and anti-peaking when compared with conventional power sources.In Shandong Power Grid,wind power installed capacity has reached 8.39GW,approximately accounting for 10%of the total installed capacity in the province.The large-scale wind power integration has seriously influenced the safe and stable operation of the power system in Shandong.Therefore,how to mobilize all kinds of power generation resources properly in day-ahead power scheduling,not only to meet the security constraints of power system,but also to fully consider the random characteristics of large-scale wind power and the consumption of its volatility,and finally to make the best coordination between the power grid security and economic operation is of great significance for the safety and stability of the large-scale wind power integrated grid.In this thesis,a scheduling approach for wind power integrated power grid considering transmission equipment security is researched.Firstly,a method of bus load forecasting based on numerical weather forecast is researched,which can improve the accuracy of bus load forecasting and thus lay a solid foundation for the transmission equipment safety checking of large-scale wind power integrated power grid.Then,based on a deep study of the characteristics of the whole-scene power generation scheduling model and the physical nature of power system,and through the identifying key scenes of network constraints,the calculation efficiency of safety checking model for large-scale wind power integrated grid is improved and the model size is significantly reduced while the calculation accuracy is guaranteed.Finally,combined with Shandong Power Grid power generation scheduling system and D5000 system,the overall scheme,structure,basic functions and the necessary technologies of the coordinated optimization system of day-ahead power generation scheduling for large-scale wind power integrated grid is presented.As can be seen from the operation results,the wind power contained power generation scheduling system which has also considered transmission equipment security checking has realized the optimization decision of power scheduling safety checking in which large-scale wind power integration has been considered.And the system can guarantee the safe and stable operation of the power grid,reduce the reserve capacity and the operating cost,and comprehensively improve the absorptive capacity of wind power in Shandong Power Grid.
