Expansion device is the weakest components of the bridges,so often need to repair replacement in order to ensure the normal work,and sometimes because maintenance is not timely will be caused by the bumping phenomenon,in order to eliminate the above problem,people put forward a new type of bridge structure form,namely semi integral the seamless bridge structure.This paper expounds the design of semi integral bridge system and advantage to a certain extent;because of the characteristics of semi integral bridge,the main girder deformation mainly through the slab and approach pavement to absorb the slab;which is an integral part of semi integral bridge system,especially to the key role in alleviating bridge jumping phenomenon.The slab as part of semi integral bridge system,the stress situation compared with the traditional type of bridge plate is slightly different,due to the cancellation of the expansion device abutment junction,therefore need to connect the two ends of the connecting structure to take special way,namely semi-rigid connection,because the connection structure characteristics,end part of the slab can be rotated.This paper selects the model as the mathematical model for calculating the beam slab,and theoretical formula of the deflection deformation under different load types and boundary conditions of slab.Considering the long-term fatigue deformation of the pavement behind the road,a series of improvement measures are carried out,so that the new seamless bridge system can be applied to the actual project.The finite element slab model was established by MIDAS,the results of stress analysis,so as to get about in different situations the best design;at the same time comparison of bridge deformation,the end effect force on the slab,and the horizontal force is one of the most important influence factors;at the end of optimization design of slab,the single form of the traditional segmentation by becoming a material two connected,which can reduce the effect of deformation on the ordinary pavement girder,further the scope of application of the semi integral structure more widely.As the trend of Bridge Development in the future,the research on the semi integral bridge is a valuable work,which can play an important role in the development and progress of the society in the future.
