With the imbalance between supply and demand of global energy and the pressure of environment have become increasingly more prominent,improving the energy recovery system and promoting efficiency of energy utilization have become important measures to promote the sustainable development of economy and society in our country.There is a large amount of residual pressure energy that has not been effectively used,residual pressure energy can be transformed into high-quality electricity by turbine generator system,directly using or connecting to power grid.It can be free from the restrictions of technology,market,transportation and other conditions,wide adaptability,and it is one of the most practical and the most likely to realize large-scale application for residual pressure energy,which has a huge market potential and economic benefits.In this thesis,the physical model of turbine generator set was deeply studied,and the working principle of turbine expander,synchronous generator and excitation system were introduced in detail.The mathematical model of turbine generator set were established by Matlab/Simulink,which include turbine expander and its speed regulation system,synchronous generator and excitation system,load model and so on.The corresponding simulation model were established,and then sudden loading and unloading condition and no-load starting processing for turbine generator set were studied.In order to getting a better starting performance,the corresponding simulation model of fuzzy PID controller was established for turbine generator starting process,and the simulation results between fuzzy PID controller and conventional PID for starting performance were compared.The turbine generator conveying electric power to the power grid through quasi-synchronization device is one of the most important ways to improve the energy utilization rate.This paper analyzed the synchronization principle,and the effect on grid-connecting impact of voltage difference,frequency difference and phase difference were studied.Then,the quasi synchronization simulation model was built according to the quasi-synchronization principle,and the corresponding simulation research was carried out.Finally,a quasi-synchronization device which using PLC1200 as the core controller and Weinview MT8100i touch screen as monitoring machine was designed,the experimental research on quasi-synchronization link was studied in the laboratory conditions,and results proved that the device could completely satisfy expected requirements.
