Traffic,energy and environment are major challenges for the whole world in twenty-first Century,which is especially severe for our country.The US Department of energy predicts that,after 2020,there will be a net gap between global oil demand and conventional oil supply,and that the supply and demand gap in 2050 will be almost twice that of the world's total oil output in 2000.At the same time,traffic energy consumption is also one of the main sources of local environmental pollution and global greenhouse gas emissions.Pure electric bus because of its centralized operational management,operating mileage of about 150-250 km in general,the electrification began with bus.In view of the 10-12 meter bus,this paper analyzes and studies the characteristics of different forms of electric powertrain,and carries out the research on the matching of powertrain.The main research contents are as follows:Consider different use of the bus such as for city,mountain area,commuter,this article analysis the 10-12 meters bus' s requirement from Standard condition,theoretical analysis and actual working conditions;Consider different requirements,this paper analysis the motor direct Driver and Motor AMT(Automatic Mechanical Transmission)powertrain's efficiency under different condition such as EUDC,FTP 75,China City typical urban condition,CWTVC,and this paper found that the AMT(Automatic Mechanical Transmission)powertrain's efficiency has stable performance under different work condition;For the 4 speed AMT(Automatic Mechanical Transmission)powertrain,analysis was taken between different kinds of the shift actuator,and use Solidworks 3D design software finished the shift actuator,and mechanism simulation analysis and strength simulation analysis was taken by Solidworks;Reliability research and experiment for the shift actuator was taken,and use Weibull analysis to carry out reliability prediction for the shift actuator;...
