Though traditional manual transmission can meet the requirements of dynamic and fuel economy performance,it still remains several disadvantages,like high intensity operation and easily caused tired to driver.Automatic transmission,showing its fuel economy,dynamic and smoothness during shift,is widly used for various of automobiles,and the study about changing the structure of manual transmission into automatic electronic transmission is significant.The article aims at the research on automatic mechanical transimission system,used on medium cars,based on mathematical modeling and simulation,doing the research on shift dynamic and shift strategy.The structure and the features of traditional manual mechanism are introduced,the shifting force are estimated by using principles of machanics,and the motor parameters are designed.The models of inner mechanism for transmission are made,the interaction forces are analized,the mathematical model of resistance force and formulated,and the previous motor parameters are verified.Finally,the motor parameters are determined.Based on the data of torque characteristic and fuel consumption for engine,using automotive kinetics equation and fuel consumption equation,the dynamic and fuel economy shift strategies are built.Finally,the integrity shift rule is made.The theoretical basis of simulation model analyzing is provided.Based on the equation of transmission feature,dynamic feature for clutch,the theory of engine and automotive kinetics,the models of transmission,clutch and kinetic of automobile are built.The model of shift strategies are also made.For order shift,the dynamic and economy are verified under different working conditions.For skipping gear shift,the model of clutch is involved and the dynamic under power interruption for order shift and skipping gear shift are discussed.The hareware and the software of shift motor control system are developed.The drive circuit and its working mode are analysed.Based on the characteristics of micro control chip,the peripheral circuit about signal transport is designed,and the control program and drive program are written to drive the motors.It builds a hareware and software foundation of achieving automatic mechanism transmission shifting control.From this paper,a reference of design methods and theoretical basis of kenetics analyzing and shift strategy formulating about the orther similar automatic mechanism transmission are built,through the research on shift mechanism and shift strategy of the electroic mechanism transmission.
