"Outdoor drainage design specifications G B 50014" revision was released in 2014,demanded various regions should construct flood control system according to actual situations and select corresponding return period to improve drainage standards,while related research examples are dificient.This paper takes an area of Southern China as the study area,using Digital Water,a two-dimensional coupled model for the analysis of construction of waterlogging area,the causes of waterlogging,and region S flood drainage planning,the drainage system reco nstruction measures discussion.In the construction of model,considering the parameter setting,model boundary conditions,model block layer impact on the model results,and the model is validated by a detailed,three historical rainfall data,the model r esults in the drainage system,state the corresponding period and conforms to the actual situation of drainage system obstruction,river water level the case with historical records in the waterlogging point,submergence and back water well;In the analysis of the causes of waterlogging,first of drainage drainage capacity evaluation,design different return period of 2 hours of Chicago rain rainfall sequence as the rainfall boundary,using the reasoning method,model method of rainwater drainage pipe,waterlogging prevention system return period check,results show that the drainage capacity of 83.29% canal C area less than half a in addition,the flood control system of two small catchment area of up to 30 years,the remaining three large catchment area,is less than half a kilometer,drainage standard is low;second is still in the fourteen hours of rainfall and water level conditions corresponding to history as model boundary,influence of vertical road congestion and river backwater,drainage system the drainage system design capacity of the test,in the above four aspects as the starting point of the causes of waterlogging in the study area;In the reconstruction of the study area,where the "F District S city drainage facilities construction plan based on(2014-2020)" on the mentioned standard transformation of the content of sorting and the establishment of the new model of the network,in the twenty years of a 2 hour rainfall and rain in Chicago area 2.7m Chung River Boundary conditions of constant wat er level control the area of waterlogging prevention system compliance verification and modification scheme,through the nearby pumping station to modify water points or set in place to determine the storage tank.The modification scheme can make the water logging control system of the area reach the standard of the recurrence period of twenty years.In the discussion of infrastructure projects,summed up the present situation of the construction of non engineering measures in the area from the stormwater management system,the status of informatization construction in two aspects,and discusses the non engineering measures in the area from the stormwater system legislation and administrative regulations,stormwater management system,explore the informatization construction plan,provide a reference the construction of the area and similar area reconstruction work and non engineering measures.
