As one of the most important water resources on earth,the rain is more and more valued by people?And the rapid development of urbanization,the impervious area in urban has increased.It not only leads to the frequent occurrence of urban flood disasters in China,but also causes a lot of rain resources loss.In the face of this situation,study on city waterlogging prevention measures has gradually been valued.Meanwhile,with the development of computer technology,various countries have put forward different management models of rain water.Using computer simulation technology to solve the problem of city waterlogging has become the most commonly used means of professionals.Refer to the research and engineering experience of domestic and foreign city stormwater management technology,the formation of city waterlogging has been analyzed.And based on this,the paper puts forward the combination of the traditional measure and the new measure,which combines the transformation of the pipe network and the setting of glassed swales.And it has been the focus of analysis and research.Combined with the characteristics of each model,and consider the actual situation of the study area,the SWMM model was finally selected from the existing stormwater management models to build status of rainwater pipe network model of selected stuy area of J City.Through the simulation,the pipe sections which could not meet the requirements of the rainwater pipe network in the study area was found out,and the overload condition of the nodes and channels was analysed.Based on this,the transformation of the pipe diameter was carried out,and three feasible schemes for pipe diameter reconstruction are obtained through constant parameter adjustment and simulation.Then simulating the pipe network which taked the schemes,it found out the pipe sections where there are still flaws.And glassed swales was setted for different regions.Finally,three combination schemes which combineed the transformation of the pipe network and the setting of glassed swales were obtained after debugging and running.At last,three kinds of combination scheme were simulated to verify the efficiency of flood drainage and feasibility.Considering the actual operation effect of different combination schemes,and combined with the characteristics of the implementation of the actual project,the comprehensive evaluation index of three schemes was proposed.From the three aspects of economic benefits,social benefits and benefits of waterlogging drainage the benefit analysis of three schemes was carred out.According to the characteristics of the research questions,the comprehensive benefit evaluation of the three schemes by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was put forward,and comprehensive benefit value of the three schemes was obtained.Then choose the combination scheme whose comprehensive benefit value is relatively high after comparison.The application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the study of the problem of flood drainage provides a theoretical basis for the selection and analysis of flood drainage schemes,and improves the drainage measures analysis and evaluation model.
