Air handling units is the main equipment of winter heating in the factory.The normal heat transfer of the steam condensing coil provides the necessary ambient temperature for the normal production of the workshop.The original air conditioning steam condensing system does not work because of the following problems existed:no smooth flow of condensed water produced by air handling units after steam coil heat to the tank,serious damage of coil caused by water hammer of the cooling system,the failure of the condensation system caused by the hydrophobic reflux of condensed water form general network back into collecting pot.In this thesis,on the basis of analyzing the structure of both the air handling units and the steam condensate system,the defects existed in the original drain system are studied,then the drainage amount of the steam condensate drain system and the pressure of line are calculated,finally the causes of water hammer and reflux are analyzed,and the problems existed in the original hydrophobic system are pointed out.At the same time,the corresponding improvement program is put forward.After improved the air handling units steam condensate system,and replaced the floating ball trap,reduces the height of the condensate collecting tank,and eliminate the water hammer phenomenon and the condensation water reflux defect of the original condensate system,the equipment run well.And the transformation of condensate recovery system with time passing by,condensate recovery system can stable operation,the air handling units condensate recovery system can adopt closed condensate recovery operation,the heating efficiency of the air conditioning steam coil is greatly improved,at the same time using closed recovery,reduce lot of steam,by recovery of steam condensate to the boiler not only saving the fuel but also reduce the water treatment.After improved closed condensate recovery mode,there is no steam mixture discharged,reducing the security risks of the operator,supply the necessary temperature for the workshop,after long time used the condensation and draining system can continuous and stable operation,furthermore proved that the transformation results is successful.
