Study On Automatic Control Of THIC Air-conditioning System Of The Information Center In Xi'an

Under the circumstance of "Internet plus" action plan,the intelligent operation system has become an inevitable trend.Air conditioning system is no exception,too.Temperatureand humidity independent control air conditioning system,which referred to as the THIC air conditioning system.This form is compared with conventional air conditioning system,there are differences in system structure and equipment,automatic control system,the matching will be different,so it is necessary to research and design a comprehensive study aimed at the automatic control system of THIC air conditioning system.Firstly,this paper summarizes the design method of THIC air conditioning automatic control system.In this paper,a new concept of absolute humidity as a direct humidity control factor is proposed,and the control time is shorter and the precision is higher than that of the conventional relative humidity range.And in the Xi'an Information Center driven heat pump type total heat recovery type liquid desiccant air conditioning system THIC air units + high temperature chiller + cold end beam as an example,the design of automatic control system analysis and operation mechanism of the whole system.The main contents are as follows:Temperature control system: the main contents include cold station group control,floor controller for each end of the temperature monitoring and special room or area dew point switch control;Humidity control system: the main contents include the solution of humidity control unit,the end of the fan variable air volume control,the overall system of the total fan outlet static pressure control;Power distribution system: by the central monitoring station monitoring,not control;Cabling and Networking: a total of 3838 input and output points.The network structure is divided into three layers: MLN,BLN,FLN,and the central control platform adopts SIEMENS GAMMA instabus KNS control system,and the FLN controller adopts DDC unit controller.In addition,in the analysis of the dew problem Xi'an Information Center THIC in the operation of air-conditioning system,analysis of condensation air relative humidity range,and put forward the dew point switch is additionally arranged in typical room at the end of the measures from the angle of control.
