Facing an increasingly serious energy and environment situation,and the increasingly demanding emissions regulations,energy conservation has become a trend in engine development.It's diffcult for the engines which use the fuel oil as main power source to have any big improvement on the discharge,but the gaseous fuel engine has been widely used because its lower emissions and cxcellent power performance.As an important actuator in the gas supply system,the performance of the gas injection valve has a great impact on the engine performance.The action response and cycle gas injection quantity of the valve determine whether it can supply the gas exact both on time and quantity,they play a key role to enhance the engine performance.So we can provide data support and theoretical basis for engineering applications and design work of the gas injection solenoid valve,through the study of its action cycle?gas injection quantity and internal flow field.In this paper,I did an embedded analysis on the working principle of the gas injection solenoid valve,and built its numerical calculation model by using the AMESim simulation software,and experiments have been done to verify the simulation model.I also establish a three-dimensional flow field calculation model of the gas injection solenoid valve by using the CFD analysis software ANSYS.By using the established AMESim numerical calculation model,I study and analysis the action response time and cycle gas injection quantity,and get the impact of every important parameter of the valve on them.And the level of influence of each parameter is obtained through quantitative analysis method.The study and analysis of the internal flow field of the gas injection solenoid valve has been done by the established three-dimensional flow field calculation model.Based on the above analysis,it can provide theoretical support for engineering applications and design optimization of the gas injection solenoid valve.
