In the modern society,the diet and lifestyle of people changes,the changing triggering the cardiovascular system diseases,these diseases are not easily at onset is lethal rate detection makes the cardiovascular system diseases with a high.With the emergence and development of ultrasonic echo tracking technique,with the echo tracking blood vessel elasticity theory based detection has become the main index detection of cardiovascular disease.In this paper,the main research is the method for detection of blood vessel elasticity by echo tracking technique based on.In the ultrasonic blood vessel elasticity in the detection process,which can reflect the ultrasonic echo signal detection region using ultrasonic transducer acquisition.Because the echo signal acquisition process will introduce noise,at the same time will also be low echo signal is independent of collected and elastic detection,in order to be able to remove the echo signal in the noise and irrelevant information.This paper adopts the better able to retain the hard wavelet threshold filtering algorithm of blood vessel diameter information of the echo signal and the echo signal preprocess the collected to achieve the purpose of filtering noise and irrelevant information.The ultrasonic echo signal filtering processing,because the elastic calculation process is more complex and involved in computing the data is larger,in order to be able to reduce the computational data,shorten the operation time.This paper designed can automatically adaptive threshold method of tube wall echo location information location.This algorithm can automatically locate the echo signal of the vessel wall can extract information,tube wall information of the ultrasonic signal of ultrasonic echo tracking algorithm reduces the amount of data,so as to shorten the operation time of vascular elasticity testing.The main purpose of the echo tracking technique is to get the blood vessel diameter,so the mutual correlation algorithm to obtain vascular diameter of echo signal by the operation,given the large amount of computing the cross-correlation algorithm,this paper designs a Newton iterative method to simplify the cross-correlation algorithm.Vessel diameter change curve simplification algorithm is obtained,and the use of blood vessel elasticity coefficient calculation formula and measured blood pressure values calculated from blood vessel elasticity coefficient.In order to show the state of vascular elasticity detection is more intuitive to use,the MATLAB simulation operation,at the same time building graphical user interface to display the results.Simulation results prove that,ultrasonic blood vessel elasticity testing will be able to realize the nondestructive detection of vascular elasticity,filter and its diameter positioning information and improve the detection accuracy of displacement estimation algorithm can retain more accurate situation,realize the request of rapid detection of elasticity.
