Arteriosclerosis is the main cause of many diseases in the elderly.Early prevention can avoid some diseases early,therefore more and more scholars are working on the study of the diagnostic methods of arteriosclerosis,in which ultrasonic diagnosis methods,such as B ultrasonic diagnosis technology,Doppler blood flow ultrasonic diagnosis technology and so on,are widely used in clinical medicine because of their non-destruction and high accuracy.Combined with the above characteristics,this paper proposes a design of an acquisition and processing system of digital vascular ultrasonic echo signal,which real-timely acquires vascular echo signal using ultrasonic probe,and displays and stores it clearly on the upper computer.The system is simple and practical,and can be used for teaching.This design mainly includes two parts: hardware circuits design and software programming.The hardware design includes the design of front-end analog circuit and the design of digital circuit,which working principle is that the high voltage pulse excitation signal generated by the ultrasonic emission circuit composed of the pulse excitation signal generating circuit and the driving circuit,first stimulates the ultrasonic probe to produce ultrasonic wave,thus the echo signal is formed on the blood vessel,then the echo signal is amplified to the input range of the AD conversion circuit by the receiving circuit.Finally,the analog echo signal is converted into the digital signal by the AD conversion circuit,and after processing the digital signal by FPGA,it is transmitted to the upper computer through USB.The software design includes the Verilog programming of FPGA and the LabVIEW software design of the upper computer,which workflow is that the Verilog program controls the AD conversion,then transmits the digital data to the USB FIFO.LabVIEW is programmed to acquire the data from USB FIFO to the upper computer,and realize the real-time waveform display,storage and other functions of the data.Through the joint debugging of the hardware and software parts,the system can realize the transmission of the high voltage pulse excitation signal,the acquisition of the echo signal,and the display and storage of the signal in upper computer.
