Dynamic pressure type lubricant-air separator,one of the components of aero-engine lubricating oil system,has the vital significance to the normal operation of the lube oil system.Gas-liquid cyclone separation technology was used for separation of gas and liquid.Due to its advantages of compact structure,small volume and so on,it has been widely applied in industries.At present,the research of gas-liquid separator in petroleum industry was more perfect.However,because of the dynamic pressure type lubricant-air separator in this paper has a significant difference in the aspect of structure size,working conditions etc.and the limits of multiphase flow theory and experimental means,the mechanism research of dynamic pressure type lubricant-air separator was not comprehensive.Therefore,the method of numerical simulation and experiments was used to research the dynamic pressure oil and gas separator.Three turbulence models were adopted to simulate the internal flow field of separator.The distribution of velocity in the flow field under different conditions was analyzed.The most appropriate turbulence model was chose according to the comparison of calculated and the experimental results.The volumetric method was used to analysis the separation performance of dynamic pressure oil and gas separator.The influence of structure form to separation shows the performance of separator combining interior type air outlet pipe and tangential lubricant outlet was best.Inclination angle of inlet tube and oil flow had a significant effect on the separation performance of separator in the paper.Population balance model was used to research the dynamic pressure oil and gas separator.The accuracy of computational method was proved by means of the comparison of calculated and the experimental results.Velocity distribution,pressure distribution and the volume of a gas distribution law in separator were analyzed.Finally,numerical simulation method was used to research the separator structure form,lubrication oil viscosity and gas-liquid ratio.The separator inner velocity field,pressure field,gas volume distribution and the influence on the separation performance were analyzed in this paper.
