The aero-engine is the "heart" of the aircraft,which is the key technology to guarantee the good lubrication,reduce friction coefficient and reduce wear of aero-engine related bearing and gear.With the development of aviation gas turbine engines,especially the new combination cycle engine,it has raised higher standards for the performance of aviation engine lubricants.Based on this situation,the current aero-engine types and lubrication requirements were analyzed and a kind of aero-engine oil with good comprehensive performance is proposed.Firstly,the present situation of current aero-engine lube base oil were analyzed and the new polyols(NP451),oil soluble polyether(OSP32),polyalpha-olefin(PA06)were selected as the compound base oils for the developed oil.Secondly,in order to improve the anti-friction,anti-wear,antioxidant and corrosion of developed oil,a large number of experiments were carried out and the combination of the progressive regression analysis and MATLAB software were used to determine the optimum ratio of friction modifier,extreme pressure anti-wear agent and antioxidant.The range of application of antioxidant-corrosion inhibitor,anti-rust additive and metal passivator was determined.Then,based on the previous research,10 sets of formulations were designed through uniform design test.The synergistic or antagonistic effects of friction improver,extreme pressure anti-wear agent and antioxidant-corrosion inhibitor were analyzed according to the performance indexes of each group.Using the Analytic Network Process(ANP),a mathematical evaluation model was established for 10 groups of total formulations.The ANP model was solved by the Super Decisions software,and D10 is identified as the optimal full formulation.Finally,the typical physicochemical index of developed oil were tested.By comparing the related standards,it shows that The developed oil has excellent properties of low temperature,anti-friction,extreme pressure,abrasion resistance,anti-oxidation,and anti-corrosion,etc.,which can meet the requirements of more stringent aero-engine conditions.
