China has a lot of inland rivers,making a natural advantage to develop inland water navigation.Ministry of Transport recently enacted plan on accelerating the development of the Yangtze River and other inland waterways,and to speed up the construction of modern integrated transport system,promoting the development of inland water transport.Inland water navigation will enter into a high tide of development during the 12th Five-Year Plan.This will be an opportunity for the development of our shipbuilding industry.Because of the transport profits,inland vessels are built larger.However,with the increasing power of main engine and restricted waterway draft,the vibration problem of the inland vessel is becoming more and more prominent.The object of this study is the navigation aid ships in Heilongjiang waters.Due to the limitation of manufacturing capacity of the shipyard,the twin-skeg navigation aid ship is inconsistent with the design.The aft part of the ship's vibration was intense when in trial.This paper would like to study the reason of the vibration,rather due to the construction difference of the twin skegs or other reasons,and analyzing the vibration of the tunnel stern navigation aid ship in the same river in order to compare with the twin-skeg navigation aid ship.Firstly,this paper summarizes the principles of ship vibration,and secondly building the finite element model of the twin-skeg navigation aid ship,thirdly,analyzing the natural frequency and the forced vibration.The STAR-CCM+software is used to calculate the fluctuating pressure of the completed defective twin-skeg navigation aid ship,then using the computing data to analyse the vibration of the twin-skeg navigation aid ship.Finally,building the finite element model and analyzing the vibration of the tunnel stern navigation aid ship in order to compare with the twin-skeg navigation aid ship and get a kind of inland vessel with less vibration.Through the analysis of the twin-skeg navigation aid ship vibration,this paper has proved the influence of the twin-skeg of the twin-skeg navigation aid ship.Through the comparison of the twin-skeg navigation aid ship and the tunnel stern navigation aid ship,we find the kind of ship with less vibration.This paper provides a reference for the vibration analysis of the twin-skeg navigation aid ship and the tunnel stern navigation aid ship in the inland shallow river.
