Submarine,an important force of naval warfare,was taken seriously because of its superior performance in the war since it was come out.However,the accident of submarine such as wrecked and sank happened due to its special operation environment.Meanwhile,the traditional rescue system of submarine takes too much time to do the rescue mission which threatens the security of the submarine.Submarine escape chamber as new life-saving equipment has been widespread concerned,because it can rescue the personnel in short time and protect the personal safety effectively when encountering the accident.A numerical simulation method has been used in order to emulate the motion of the submarine escape chamber in this paper,separately analyzing the hydrodynamic coefficients,underwater motion and the water surface seakeeping of the escape chamber.In this paper,research on the submarine escape chamber was divided in three aspects.Submarine escape chamber is studied in this paper.Based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)technology,the movement in the vertical plane of escape chamber is simulated by CFD software.Then hydrodynamic coefficients can be derived by the damping curve of the flights motion.The equations of motion with six degree of freedom can be established and simplified according to the stress analysis and motion state.The parameters changing process and the motion trajectory at different initial release states,including the distance between model and sea level when it was jumping out of the water,could be obtained.The seakeeping performance of the escape chamber can be forecasted by hydrodynamic software.Meanwhile,calculating the amplitude frequency response in the regular wave and analyzing the results in different angle of wave.Short-term forecasts of the swaying of the escape chamber in irregular wave is carried out by the method of spectral analysis After the calculation the results of the sagging swing,vertical swing and pitching motion amplitude in different sea condition can be obtained.
