| CSR has been harmonized and HCSR has been released by IACS.The strength criterion of HCSR is stricter than CSR.The ships in compliance with CSR are requested to increase the local plating thickness to satisfy the HCSR.Consequently,it’s a severe challenge to the lightweight design of ship.Meanwhile,with the energy saving and emission reduction having been strengthen,the researchers of shipping focus on ship lightweight design,which can save energy and costing,increase the loading and satisfy the rule criterion.According to HCSR,using idea of optimizing ship structure,the oil tanker lightweight design is studied based on rule simplified formula calculation and finite element direct calculation.The main contents are as follows:1.Isight software has been used as a platform and Excel has been integrated into it.MIGA has been chosen as optimization algorithm.An optimized plan has been built in order to achieve the parameterization and automation for structure optimization.The procedure for optimizing the members of oil tanker has been built based on HCSR.2.For the example of longitudinal members of midship section,the optimized results have been compared under different subgroup size,subgroup,evolution algebra of MIGA.Based on HCSR rule calculation,the parameters for the paper have been chosen and the optimizing design for longitudinal members,transverse members and transverse bulkhead of oil tanker has been researched.3.MSC.Patran&Nastran has been integrated into Isight and optimizing process has been built to consider rule calculation and direct calculation.The results based on direct calculation and rule calculation have been analyzed and compared. |
