In order to further unify the structural rules,eliminating differences,IACS develop the harmonize common structural rules based on common structural rules.The paper studys deeply on direct calculation method of ship structure based on HCSR,the main cotents including:1.The direct calculation method of yield strength of HCSR is studied based on the fourth strength theory.The 120 thousand ton bulk carrier is taken as an example to calculate the yield strength directly and the results of HCSR and CSR are compared and analyzed by scientific methods.Finally the paper sum up the correspongding conclusions.2.The paper study the theory of structural stability,and futher extended to the buckling strength of the stiffened plate.And it study on the effect of lateral load on buckling strength of stiffened hull plate based on Paik theory.The paper annlyzes the buckling requirements and buckling ability of the direct calculation method of buckling based on HCSR,and calculates buckling strength of the real ship based on HCSR direct calculation method.Simulating Paik theoretical formula and obtaining theoretical influence curve.The effect of lateral load in buckling strength is further demonstrated by an example and reach a relatively reliable conclusion.3.The paper study fatigue assessment method,especially two direct calculation methods,spectrum analysis method and HCSR direct calculation method.The basic principle and key points of spectral analysis method are analyzed in depth,including the transfer function of fatigue stress response,response spectrum of structural stress,short term distribution and long term distribution of stress range and calculation of fatigue cumulative damage degree.The paper take five hot spot of real ship as an example,in order to getting more accurate results,the paper use the simplified algorithm,the HCSR direct calculation method and spectral analysis method to calculate fatigue strength.The results of the three method methods are compared and analyzed,and the correspongding conclusions are obtained.4.When the pressure is applied to the finite element model,the efficiency of manual loading is very low.In this paper,an automatic loading program based on PCL is developed,which improved the efficiency of work.The same case occurs in the fatigue stress extraction.The manual extraction can not be realized and the auto stress extraction program based on PCL is developed.
