MATLAB program and Simulink tools are widely used in the past design and simulation of active control algorithm,and control algorithm implementations rely mainly on TI's DSP Hardware,which is lack of favorable man-machine interface,and it is a large developing difficulty for non-professionals.In this paper,unique graphical programming language of LabVIEW platform was used to write and develop active vibration control simulation software and experimental control program based on adaptive filtering algorithm.Simulation and experimental study on active vibration control were also conducted.Main contents are as follow:Pretty detailed theoretical analysis and presentations are made to the basic principles of LMS adaptive algorithm and various improved algorithms.Meanwhile,corresponding LabVIEW programs for each algorithm were composed and application of system identification was used as background.Utilize LabVIEW tools to design and build system identification simulation platform based on LMS adaptive filtering algorithm.Software was tested through simulation examples.Filtered x-LMS algorithm used in active vibration control was analyzed.Off-line identification error channel identification method was exploited,LabVIEW tools were applied to complete the layout and programming of algorithm,active vibration control simulation software interface of error channel off-line identification was compiled,and simulation analysis were made to algorithm.Various error channel online identifications of active vibration control algorithm and its improved algorithms were compared and analyzed when control filter output superimposed noise.Then,LabVIEW was used to write error-channel online identification for active vibration control algorithm,simulation software interface was also designed.Utilize this simulation software platform to achieve active control simulation,verified correctness and feasibility of written error channel online identification of active vibration control algorithm program.Based on the study of algorithm simulation,NI's PXIe-8135 RT control module was adopted,coordinated with PXI6280 / 6733 real-time data acquisition control cards and other necessary hardware equipments,experimental control procedures and software interfacebased on filtering x-LMS algorithm were written.Thereby,an active vibration control experiment platform was built and active vibration control was studied in experimental method.Simulation and tests in this paper show that LabVIEW software platform is rather reliable from control algorithm simulation to develop design of experiments control programs.Powerful visualization capability of interactive interface simulation is realized,which is convenient to engineers and technical personnel to rapidly facilitate technology.
