China is a country which haves many islands,some of the island is rich in natural resources such as minerals,oil,fisheries,some island has important military significance.Therefore,island development is an important strategic goal.However,because the island is away from the mainland,using overhead lines,or the erection of submarine cable,which requires a lot of financial and material resources upfront costs,and later operation maintenance is also more difficult.Therefore,at present most island of our country still adopts traditional fuels to supply power,such as diesel power generation.However,diesel power generation will increase fuel transportation costs and the process of power generation will produce CO2 and SO2,destroying the surrounding environment of the island.Islands usually is rich in solar energy and wind power and other renewable resources,if using the renewable energy power generation can reduce the installed capacity of fuel power generation equipment.The natural resources such as solar energy,wind energy has the characteristics of intermittent and randomness,the output power is easy to cause imbalance of power problem.Configurating energy storage system is a method to solve the problem effectively.This paper introduces the island's main power generation equipment in the micro grid and the basic principle of energy storage devices,and established the major power of the equipment model and energy model.Include photovoltaic power model,fan power model,battery energy storage model,the service life of the battery power estimation model,the model of the diesel generator power.Then,based on the actual light intensity of the islands and wind speed data,this paper introduces the corresponding equivalent conversion process,and calculated the photovoltaic array tilt equivalent light intensity on the surface of the equivalent wind speed and fan hub height.Introduced the concept of particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithm and Pareto multi-objective decision and method of sequential quasi steady state simulation method is proposed,based on the quasi steady state simulation of multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm,into the micro grid capacity of optimization calculation.On this basis,set up the power supply reliability and energy efficiency index and economy index,such as a variety of target model,for the wind/light/wood/store hybrid power supply system,considering the service life of the battery power constraints,capacity constraints,and cases,put forward the four types of energy storage and diesel engine with theenergy management strategy,and compared the simulation.Finally,according to the energy storage device's location problem,introduce the trends of probabilistic algorithm,with ieee30-bus system as an example,analyzed the energy storage device installed on the influence of each evaluation index system,and the optimal capacity configuration of different node position computes the model.
