It is required that during the construction process of an station renovation project,the contractor should keep the normal operation of equipment as far as possible while ensuring the project being finished in schedule.This requirement brings difficulties to the construction organization.Tianjin railway station renovation and expansion project is located along the railway station in Tianjin.The construction site is narrow;the demolition task is heavy;the project quality and safety standards are high and construction period is tight.In this thesis,construction plan optimization of Tianjin railway station renovation project is taken as the research object.Aiming at address problems like long planed construction period,unreasonable construction process and vague quality assurance measures,period optimization method is applied.By refining and rearranging working process,the construction schedule is optimized.Then,the construction period is reduced by compressing the relevant working time of the critical line until the construction period cannot be compressed.The four optimization schemes are obtained.On the basis of optimized construction process,the quality management system is refined by improving the quality management system.As a result,the quality of construction is improved.On the basis of optimization of construction period and quality,the cost of the four alternatives is calculated by the cost optimization model.Considering the factors such as duration,quality and cost,the multi-objective optimization model is used to establish the optimal function,and the optimal construction plan is determined in the four optimization schemes.The total construction period is reduced from 180 days to 138 days and the saving rate of construction period is 23.3%.The construction quality rate increased to 85.3% from the average 77.6% of Tianjin Railway Construction Company,which indicates an obvious effect.
