With the in-depth development of project management theory and practice, thegoal of project management is more and more, the construction organization dependon the high quality of design project management objectives, as the constructionscheme of the core content of construction organization design to achieve the goal ofplay a decisive role. Therefore, based on the multiple objectives of constructionscheme is optimized with theoretical and practical significance.The main purpose of this thesis is to establish the optimization model cansimultaneously consider multiple factors in construction plan, and to seek an effective,simple solution.So-called multi objective optimization problem, it does not have only a globaloptimal solution, only through the satisfactory solution to meet the requirements ofglobal policymakers most satisfactory solution. Non dominated sorting geneticalgorithm, NSGA-Ⅱ, can represent the whole population evolution through thesolution set, using parallel manner within population search, obtain the satisfactorysolution to meet the constraints of the set, it is the most satisfactory solution andeffective algorithm to solve multi-objective optimization problem.This paper firstly introduces the purpose and significance and the selected topicbackground, the research status at home and abroad, the main content, technology andmethods; secondly, on the multi-objective optimization theory and the principle ofgenetic algorithm are summarized; the third, a multi-objective optimization model ofconstruction scheme. This paper establishes the optimization model including quality,cost, schedule, construction safety, environmental protection, civilized construction,service and other seven targets, and with the non dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II) to solve the optimization model: finally, the practical case analysis of theoptimization.
