For the advantages in High-Efficiency and Low-Noise the application of Variable Frequency Control Technology becomes a development trend in the home appliance industry.Especially in the dishwasher industry,because of the introduction of new energy efficiency standards in Europe and America,Variable Frequency Control Technology has become the key application technology of high performance dishwasher in the world-famous dishwasher manufacturer.And the research on Variable Frequency Control Technology of domestic dishwasher manufacturer is still in infancy.The subsequent research on the speed control and accurate location detection of variable frequency pumps will create more efficient washing technology and lay the foundation for the development of high-performance dishwasher.The design and development of the Variable Frequency Control System includes four parts: Variable Frequency Control technology,BLDC motor,Variable Frequency Control Circuit and the application technology of high performance.The frequency conversion control technology:we choose with the advanced 180 ° sine wave current vector frequency conversion control technology with small torque pulse,fast dynamic response,high control accuracy and high efficiency at all range of speed.At the same time,sensorless control scheme can also reduce the life span of the sensor effect on the reliability of the dishwasher.And BLDC motor is another advantage of the pump.The rotor use the permanent magnet material and the rubidium iron boron scheme,which can reduce the volume of the motor under at the same torque.In the PCB,the MCU of dishwasher and the MCU of motor control can be integrated.At the same time,using IPM can integrate the drive circuit and the power device,so the circuit will be more simplified and the cost will be reduced.In the application of Variable Frequency Control System,we analyse the characteristics of BLDC pump and our water-flowing system.After many research about the BLDC water-flowing system,we formed special washing-control technology.Such as by raising the speed of the washing pump,we get stronger ability of scour.This can reduce the dishwasher's washing time to 29 minutes;Such as by high frequency injection technology to improve high acceleration of the washing pump,we can obtain the instantaneous pressure of flowing water.Then the new technology can enhance the dishwasher washing capacity for pollutants and make the dishwasher to be more energy-efficient and more efficient.Then we use the optimal design scheme to make the dishwasher to be more diversity and more intelligent.At present this technology has been applied in many products.Make the dishwasher washing performance has been achieved great success and enhanced the competitiveness of the dishwasher greatly.
