Traffic Accident Cause Analysis And Prevention Countermeasures Research Of Tianjin Dongjiang Port Zone

In recent years,Tianjin Port,as an important sea port for the Bohai Bay Economic Circle,has been enjoying increasing international status and influence,increasing the amount of logistics operations and passenger and freight traffic in the port.In the meantime,the number of road accidents in Tianjin Port is also rapidly increasing.Compared with urban traffic,the road traffic in the port has its own particularity.At present,the research on road traffic safety in the world has not specifically studied in the road traffic safety of port area.Therefore,this paper chooses Donggang Zone of Tianjin Port as the research object.By analyzing the causes of road traffic accidents in Dongjiang Zone,it puts forward the preventive measures of road traffic accidents in Port Area,in order to provide reference for the road traffic safety management in Port Area.This article collects and analyzes the data of road traffic accidents in Dongjiang Zone from 2013 to 2016,divides the accidents from the time,space and type of accident vehicle,and summarizes the characteristics and regular pattern of road traffic accidents in Dongjiang Zone.People,vehicles,roads and external environment factors,the paper analyzes the factors that affect the accident by combining with the regular pattern and characteristics of road traffic accidents in port area;Using the analytic hierarchy process to rank the main causes of road traffic accidents in port area.Compared with the causes of urban traffic accidents,this paper studies the preventive measures of freight vehicle traffic accident,snow and ice day traffic accident and foggy weather traffic accident.Finally,this article puts forward the countermeasures to prevent traffic accidents in the port area.
