| "Shantytowns" was born with the process of urbanization in China,it is an important issue that must be solved in a certain stage of urban development.With the impetus of the government and the operation of the market,a large number of tasks has been finished.However,several problems and deficiency have hidden behind the high-rapid process of renovation project: regarded as real setate development,shantytowns were pushed plat and rebuild,and the landuse,material space and residents were replaced,leading to the destruction of culture and community vitality and ignorant or people’s real life.An important reason of those above is that planningof renovation of shantytowns was too one-sided.The rationality of space and fund operation were over valued while history,culture and community development were igored.Changing the idea of planning is important.Under this background,after analyzing the development trend and requirement of the city and researching the latest academic research results at home and abroad and summarizing the problems of planning today,the author overviewed related classical theory of city renovation.On this basis,a thinking concept is proposed that renovation of shanty should be viewed from multiple dimensions: “multidimensional rationality”,concluding “time rationality” “space rationality” and “humanistic reasonality”.With integrating it into the planning,the method and content of planning of renovation wrere improved.From the viewpoint above,the author made a spot investigation of renovation of Shanghai’s shantytowns and analyzed the real relation between the renovation and changing of the urban space and the people.Based on that,the author elaborated a whole process of multidimensional-rationality planning of shantytown and propose a series of new contents and methods.This attempt to improving the thinking of planning can be valuable for reference for the planning of renovation of shantytowns in the future. |
