With the development of the social economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the rate of car ownership in China has increased year by year,resulting in a series of problems such as traffic congestion and air pollution.Automobile operating condition is the basis to ascertain vehicle energy consumption,emission testing method and standard specification,which is an important benchmark for optimization and calibration of vehicle performance indexes.There are many kinds of working conditions in the world,China adopts the New European Driving Cycle(NEDC)directly,but China is very different from Europe in terms of road conditions,traffic conditions and so on.It is difficult to accurately reflect the actual situation of domestic transportation,Therefore,it is necessary to study the vehicle driving cycle that meet the actual driving conditions of China's roads.Based on the " the Project of China Automotive Test cycles " of China Automotive Technology Research Center,this paper collects five light vehicles running on the urban road of Hohhot.After cutting and filtering the short segment of the automobile working condition,the eigenvalue of the automobile can be obtained to establish the automobile movement and idle fragment database.Extract and combine the typical segments to explore the light vehicle's distribution of velocity-acceleration.The traffic flow and weight factors of different velocity intervals were divided based on GIS all-road low-frequency traffic data.After obtaining the weighted velocity-acceleration distribution,the light vehicle operating condition of Hohhot city was constructed after the chi-square test.Compared with New European Driving Cycle(NEDC),China is lower than the new European driving cycle in terms of average speed,uniform proportion and so on,but higher on acceleration ratio,deceleration ratio and idling ratio.The road driving data of these vehicles can reflect the actual situation of transportation to a certain extent and provide support for new energy vehicle research and new technology development.
