| In recent years,the rapid development of automobile industry in our country leads to energy and environmental issues,which has caused the attention of people.In response to the rise in oil prices and other environmental problems,technology upgrade must be carried out to meet the increasingly requirements of fuel consumption and emissions.As a substitute for gasoline fuel,the premixed laminar combustion characteristic research of TRF(Toluene Reference Fuels)is still less.So this article studies the effect of initial pressure and temperature,dissociated methanol gas mixing and diluting gas to TRF-air premixed combustion characteristic based on constant volume combustion chamber-schlieren system.This article introduces common research methods of premixed laminar combustion,constant volume combustion chamber-schlieren system and research content.The author developed the schlieren image processing program based on Matlab and compare the effect of several kinds of edge detection algorithm.Based on the quasi-dimensional and two-zone combustion model,the author developed the combustion pressure data processing of Labview program to calculate the combustion temperature and heat release.The article also introduced the theory of spherical diffusion flame and the parameter calculation.The results show that the increase of initial pressure will reduce the laminar burning velocity,length of mark stein,flame stability and combustion duration,increase the maximum combustion pressure;initial temperatures will increase the laminar burning velocity,reduce the mark stein length,flame stability and maximum combustion pressure,shorten the combustion duration.The addition of dissociated methanol gas will enhance the laminar burning velocity,reduce the maximum combustion pressure,shorten the ignition delay and combustion duration,reduce markstein length and flame stability when lean combustion,increase markstein length and the flame stability when rich combustion,hydrogen is the main effective components affecting the combustion characteristic in dissociated methanol gas.The addition of diluent gas(N2 and CO2)will reduce the laminar burning velocity,maximum combustion pressure,maximum combustion temperature and heat release,prolong the ignition delay and combustion duration,but had little effect on the stability of markstein length and flame stability,CO2 has stronger dilution effect than N2,and dissociated methanol gas can weaken the mixing of dilution effect of the mixture of gases. |
