Cardiovascular disease has become the first of three major death disease.With the improvement of living conditions in China and the increase of population aging,the number of patients suffering from cardiovascular diseases and medical expenses will also increase.ECG can be used as an important reflection of cardiovascular disease and the analysis of the various characteristics to assess the status of patients with cardiovascular disease.One way to ensure the quality of patient care and reduce the cost of healthcare is to design a wearable remote ECG monitoring system.After analyzing the disadvantages of the existing wearable ECG monitoring system,this paper designs a set of ECG signals from the patients with cardiovascular diseases and sends them to the self-built cloud server through the network and displays them in real time through the web application Analysis and processing of ECG signal data system.The system has the characteristics of high accuracy,real-time data and long-term data collection.The high-precision data guaranteed by high sampling rate is conducive to the accuracy of disease analysis.Real-time performance ensures rapid rescue in emergencies.Long-term preservation of data will provide data support for the long-term tracking of patient's condition.The main work of this thesis is as follows:First of all,a detailed analysis of the wearable remote ECG monitoring system is performed,and the final system design of each subsystem function is performed.Then,a hardware subsystem of the ECG signal acquisition and transmission node is designed and implemented,so that the ECG signal acquisition and transmission is transmitted to the designated cloud server.Then design and implement cloud server and web application to realize real-time display and data saving,analysis and processing of ECG signals.Finally,the whole system was tested to verify the feasibility,and the problems in the system design were corrected in order to ensure system reliability.
