With the rapid development of automobile industry,the increasing of urban car ownership and the contradiction between parking environment and urban planning are increasingly prominent.It is an effective way to relieve the pressure of urban land resource utilization and solve the problem of urban parking problem.In addition,the performance of holding in Car carrier on Parking System has a very important influence on the efficiency of the access vehicle,the speed of the car Scheduling and the weight of parking.In order to solve the problems:the influence of dynamic load is ignored in the process of modeling in the car carrier,the peak dynamic load factor is difficult to calculate quantitatively,related parameter is ignored in the process of uncertain optimization,this paper presents the static and dynamic performance Analysis and its design optimization technology of the device of three-dimension parking system.And It is applied in the design and development process of the giant GT24 car carrier on parking system.The main contents of this thesis were summarized as follows:In the first chapter,the development status and the technical characteristics of the car carrier on Parking System were summarized.The present researches of dynamic performance technology,approximate modeling technology,uncertain optimization technology were discussed.The main contents and the organization framework of this dissertation were presented.In the second chapter,modeling method and influencing factor analysis method of performance analysis was proposed.The dynamic mathematical modelling was built using dynamic substructure method.And solve this model using the integration method of newmark.At last,bases on these results,the influence of the system parameters to the performance was analyzed.In the third chapter,the parameter design method based on the sequence approximation for the performance was proposed.Multi-objective optimization model for parameters design of performance was built.And approximate model for performance based on minimum density sampling strategy and RBF neural network was established.And the multi-objective genetic algorithm is adopted to solve this problem.In the fourth chapter,the method of uncertainty optimization modeling and solving was put forward.The correlation and uncertainty between the design variables are analyzed,and the optimization model performance is constructed based on the affine coordinate transformation.And genetic algorithm is used to solve the uncertain optimization with the object of minimize the mean and variance of the peak index of dynamic load coefficient.In the fifth chapter,combine with the project of performance of car carrier on parking system from the company of giant,using methods and techniques are proposed according to the previous section,the design and optimization system of performance is developed.And the validity and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by GT24 car carrier on parking system.In the sixth chapter the research contents of the whole dissertation were summarized,and the further research direction was prospected.
