| With the improvement of the consumption level of our country’s residents,the number of family cars is also growing,parking difficulties are more and more troubling the families with cars,"parking problem" is increasingly prominent in the city.The booming three-dimensional parking garage provides the possibility to solve this problem.It has the characteristics of high-efficiency,intelligent and convenient access.The key link to realize this parking mode is intelligent carrier,which is a kind of handling equipment which can carry,accurately locate and identify vehicles in the stereo garage.In view of the problems of large overall thickness,high requirements for vehicle chassis and large parking space consumption of vehicle carriers on the market,a hydraulic clamping intelligent carrier is designed by using hydraulic system to provide clamping force.In this paper,a double self-locking clamping mechanism is designed in the mechanical structure to make the clamping more reliable.The hydraulic energy is used in the power of the clamping module.Under the same power,the size of the hydraulic components is smaller,which effectively reduces the overall height of the carrier.It has the characteristics of strong applicability,reliable holding and low thickness.In this paper,through the design and calculation of the parameters and selection of the main hydraulic components in the hydraulic system,the AMESim software is used to establish the hydraulic holding vehicle carrier Simulation model of hydraulic system and its dynamic analysis.Through the mechanical structure design of the carrier and the dynamic analysis of the hydraulic system,the reasonable reliability of the hydraulic clamping vehicle carrier is verified. |
