As an important component in hydraulic control systems,electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve has been widely used in many fields such as construction machinery and industrial manufacture processes,so test system for proportional valves has been a research hotspot of both academic and industrial fields since last century.However,the conception of Industrial intelligentization has brought about changes in traditional CAT systems.And how to intelligentize hydraulic components has become a research focus.Research of poportional valve intelligentizion is very promising.Based on wireless monitoring and control,Internet of things,Big data,Machine learning technology can be used to share and process the data of valve state,after which intelligent sensing,decision and maintainence can be realized.Focusing on the trend of intelligent hydraulics and the rapid development of mobile phones,an intelligent wireless test system of proportional valve based on Android is developed in this article.This system considers mobile devices as the data processing center which is capable of data recording,data vitualizing,valve characteristics test,data sharing and simple diagnosis of the valve utilizing BP neural network.Contents of this article are summarized as following:In chapter 1,the research status of proportional valve measuring system,hydraulic valve diagnosis and application of mobile device in hydraulic field is summarized.After that,this article proposes the idea of an intelligent wireless measuring system which combines mobile devices,cloud server and proportional valves.In the end of this chapter,significances and difficulties of this project are illustrated.In chapter 2,the architecture of the wireless measuring system is illustrated,including the system's mechanics and workflow.Then,software and hardware of the digital controller,which transfers information between the proportional valve and Android software,are both introduced in this chapter.A HC-05 module is utilized to transfer data in the controller.The controller is programmed to be able to interact with the valve and Android software.In chapter 3,demands of the Android software are analyzed.After that,the developing processes of the interface layout,Bluetooth module,data interacting module,curve plotting module,static/dynamic state characteristics testing module and data upload/download module of the software are illustrated.In chapter 4,to lower the cost,an AMESim/Matlab simulation model based on the used controller and the valve is constructed in order to obtain various fault data of the proportional valve.By utilizing the fault data and BP neural network algorithm,three working conditions of the proportional valve are diagnosed.In chapter 5,with the software completed,a seril port debugging software is utilited to verify the iuuses of data accuracy and real-time.Then an experienment is conducted utilizing a valve test rig to verify the functions of the Android software.Analysis is also carried out in this chapter.In chapter 6,conclusions and prospects of this project are illustrated.
