The research on real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of industrial control motors has great economic significance.At present,the motor monitoring is generally done by the staff using the PC terminal in the central control room,which limits the monitoring method and area to a certain extent.The development of Internet of Things technology and the wide application of smart phones provide new ideas for the monitoring method of motors.This article makes full use of the advantages of Internet of Things technology,cloud computing technology and 5G network,and designs and implements a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system for motors based on the Android platform.The specific contents are as follows:(1)The design of the remote monitoring system refers to the structure of the Internet of Things and consists of the perception layer,transmission layer and application layer.Among them,the perception layer is responsible for collecting the status data of the motor operation and saving the data in a specific format.The transmission layer is responsible for the transmission and storage of motor operation data.On the one hand,the motor operation data of the perception layer is transmitted to the server and stored in the database.On the other hand,it monitors and responds to the data requests of the client.Send to the client;the application layer is an Android device,which is responsible for data interaction with the server and displays the running status of the motor.The various parts of the system work together to achieve remote,real-time monitoring of the motor's operating status.(2)To enrich the way of motor monitoring,use Bluetooth technology to establish a local motor monitoring system based on Bluetooth communication.Among them,the system uses the Bluetooth module to complete the data transmission between the motor and the Android device,and according to the characteristics of the motor's various operating parameters,use different custom controls on the mobile device to display the motor's operating status.(3)Use support vector machine as a method of motor fault diagnosis.After comparing various parameter optimization algorithms,the genetic algorithm is determined as the model parameter optimization algorithm.By comparing the fault diagnosis results of genetic algorithm based support vector machine(GA-SVM),probabilistic neural network,clustering algorithm based on Kohenen network and K nearest neighbor classification algorithm,the system uses good generalization ability and can guarantee high accuracy The GA-SVM modelwith low rate and short detection time is used for fault diagnosis,and the genetic algorithm and support vector machine model are arranged on the Android platform,which realizes the GA-SVM on the Android platform for fault diagnosis of the motor.Through multiple sets of tests to verify the functions of the system,the test results show that the system can perform real-time remote monitoring and local monitoring and effective fault diagnosis of the motor through the Android platform.
