In recent years,the super-high-rise building has been widely developed.For the concrete-filled steel column steel frame-reinforced concrete core-tube hybrid structure system,the steel frame assumes most of the vertical load,and the concrete core tube takes on most of the horizontal load.The structural system can play the advantages of high strength and lightness of steel frame and large lateral stiffness of concrete core tube,and it is also used more and more in super high-rise building.However,with the continuous development the structure type and building height of super-high-rise building,construction scale is getting bigger and the construction difficulty increases ceaselessly.Environmental temperature and solar radiation have an impact on the super-high-rise building.The sensitivity of steel and concrete to temperature is different.The structure will produce the problem of inconsistent deformation in the construction period and the use of period.The force situation of the core tube and the framework will be affected.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the construction monitoring and the construction simulation analysis considering the temperature effect,at the same time,it is necessary to study the temperature effect of the concrete filled steel tubular column.Reasonable structure design scheme is also very important for super high-rise structure.In this paper,the 9 # building of Jinwan Plaza is taken as the research object.The construction simulation analysis and construction monitoring of the super high-rise mixed structure are carried out considering the temperature effect.The hybrid structure system of concrete-filled steel column steel frame-reinforced concrete core-tube is optimized and the structural mechanical properties of the hybrid structure system is researched.The experimental study on the temperature field distribution of the concrete-filled square steel tubular members is carried out.Under the solar radiation,the temperature field distribution of concrete-filled square steel tubular members shows nonlinear laws of spatial distribution and change with time.The surface peak temperature,the cross section central peak temperature and the air temperature peak appear at different time.When the temperature of the center of the section is the lowest,the non-linear characteristic of the cross-section temperature field is the most obvious.By improving the strength of steel and reducing the size of steel members,the indexes such as lateral stiffness,torsion stiffness,overall stability and inter-story displacement angle satisfy the regulations of the code,which verifies the rationality of the structural optimization method.The effect of sunshine and seasonal temperature difference is used to study the structural effect in the construction process.The vertical deformation of the structure is obviously affected by the seasonal temperature difference.The lateral deformation caused by temperature difference is the bending deformation,and the lateral displacement of the structure under the positive temperature difference and sunshine temperature difference accounts for 21% of the deformation due to wind load.It is very important to establish a reasonable construction monitoring program to monitor the stress and temperature of structural members.The measured value of the stress of the key component has the same trend with the theoretical simulation value,and the two coincide well,which can ensure the safety reserve of the structure during the construction period.It verifies the correctness of the construction simulation analysis method and can provide reference for the similar engineering construction analysis.Through the temperature measurement can be more accurate understanding the temperature variation of the structure at different times,which can be used as a reference for the reasonable value of temperature effect in structural design.
